If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we provided, be it furnace, heater or air conditioning, there is no charge for *that service. Limited to maintenance and diagnostic.
Repairs
All qualified AC, Furnace, Heat Pump, Heating and Air Conditioning repairs come with a full two (2) year warranty (parts and labor). We are so confident in the repair that we’ve made for you, should that repair fail in the *first year we will not only come back and fix it for free, we will also refund 100% of the repair price.
Installation and Replacement
We guarantee that the HVAC equipment we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. For any reason, at your whim, you are not 100% satisfied with the air conditioning and/or heating system installation in the *first year, we will replace it at no additional charge or remove the heating and/or cooling system and refund 100% of your investment.
